By installing or using the Local Photos Screensaver or Local Screensaver Controller apps (“the apps”), you agree to these terms.
License
The apps are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use on your Roku device.
Your Content
The apps display photos that you provide from your own USB drive or Plex server. You are responsible for the content you display and for having the rights to it. The apps do not upload, host, store, or transmit your photos; all content remains on your device and local network.
No Warranty
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connerdev Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the apps.
Third Parties
Roku is a trademark of Roku, Inc. Plex is a trademark of Plex, Inc. These apps are independent works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roku or Plex.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
